The hotel was really spacious and comfortable, perfect for several adults to relax and enjoy, but cleanliness wasn't top-notch, and animal hair was noticeable on the carpets with waste bags left around. The service was excellent with super comfy beds, but I was disappointed that they promised to call me back regarding my bill and never did. The location was great for my needs but wasn't exactly where I requested, yet convenient for quick access to various attractions and restaurants. The dining experience was a letdown, with dark rooms and inedible food, although there were some basic options available. Overall, it's a decent stay with room for improvement.
